Change pasteboard colour
In InDesign CC we got the very dark pasteboard. The page now really shines through.
Personally, at first sight I found the dark look nice and cool. But after a while I discovers I kind of avoided to put stuff on the pasteboard. It became a dark hole I didn’t use anymore. My workspace became powerpoint like. So, basically the dark pasteboard had a psychological impact on what I perceived it to be. Changing it back to white; I look at it as paper. Not a space that might suck my design up and make it disappear into the void of darkness.
Change back the pasteboard to white:
Go to the preferences (CTRL+K or Cmd+K) and:
Hit the “match pasteboard to Theme Colour”. Ba-da-bing back to white:
